Volunteer at a market day with Pohoda charity in Pyšely! We’ll be helping set up, run the day and clean up afterwards. Starts at 9:00, you don’t need to stay for the whole day or come immediately first thing, but all help is appreciated!

The market is held at the senior centre Domove pro seniory, which Pohoda have a long standing partnership with. The fair is celebrating the town of Pyšely 730 years anniversary! Along with running the stall, there will be time to participate in the activities that include a tour of the castle, grounds and explanations of the history.

Pohoda is an organisation that works to support quality of life for mental disabilities in adults, providing health and social services. The event will showcase some of their crafted items for which proceeds will support their upcoming projects!

The main square - T.G. Masaryk - will have several stalls, including a sign for Pohoda. Make yourself known there and if you get lost, call Julia, number ubove.

Join us this Sunday at 2PM at Metropole Jinonice to help prepare the community farm for spring! With the ground thawing, there’s plenty to do—uncovering seedlings, clearing fields, and getting ready for the season.The Metropole Farm Project brings nature to Prague with fields in Jinonice, Císařský Ostrov, and Letňany, plus community gardens across the city.

What to bring: Comfortable, weather-appropriate work clothes, a warm coat, and gloves.

Climate Fresk is a 3 hour workshop that teaches you the fundamental science behind climate change and empower you to take action in an informal, collaborative and creative way. As a team you will learn the different climate concepts or events, thereby unravelling their deeper connections.

RefuFest is an intercultural festival, supporting different migrant communities in the Czech Republic. The festival shows how diverse and rich Prague can be thanks to the presence of immigrants and it gives space to these communities to represent themselves through live music, national dances, food, workshops, photographs, traditional costumes, etc (https://refufest.com/)

The event is managed by InBáze, an NGO that helps migrants settle down and integrate in the Czech Republic.
